Postnatal Massage uses special techniques to relax and restore the body after birth. With the many changes that occur over the 9 months during pregnancy, and the overnight changes that occur with birth, postnatal massage supports the recovery of the body and the emotional and physical changes within the post-partum period.

Postnatal massage provides mother with an opportunity to make time for themselves and look after their own health. Postnatal massage alleviates the common muscular discomforts of mother hood, such as breastfeeding posture, and provide mothers with much needed self-care and sooth emotional changes. Treatment can be performed side-lying or prone (lying on your tummy) depending on your comfort levels.
Feel supported during motherhood
While postnatal massage can be performed in the days following a normal birth with minimal medical intervention or complications, it is recommended that written consent from your OB/Gyn, Midwife or GP is provided prior to treatment, especially if seeking treatment within 4-6 weeks post-partum. Postnatal massage is recommended for all women within 12 months post-partum.
It is recommended that women feed or express prior to treatment to increase comfort during treatment.
