We recommend that you plan to arrive for your treatment at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment as you will be required to complete a client health history form.
For subsequent sessions, we recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
We have a lovely waiting room that we aim to keep warm in winter and cool in summer, with fresh filtered water to keep you comfortable.
We understand that life is busy and try to be flexible where possible. However, we do have some policies in place that may apply in the instance of late arrivals or short-notice cancellations.
We do everything we can to ensure that you received your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time.
We will retain the right to charge you for your full treatment time.
We recommend that you make every effort possible to arrive on time to your appointment.
Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance Fees
We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional healthcare. When a client cancels without giving notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
We send out reminders via email and SMS two days before your scheduled appointment. We request that clients do not rely on these reminders alone, and take responsibility for attending their appointment and contacting us of any changes or cancellations.
Clients can easily confirm their appointment by responding to SMS reminder text messages.
We request that all clients call us (DO NOT TEXT) 0407 512 009 by 2:00pm the day prior to their appointment to notify us of any changes or to cancel the appointment.
If we do not receive confirmation that you are attending your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled on your behalf and given to another client in need.
If prior notification is not given, you may be charged $95 (incl GST) for the missed appointment.
All non-attended Saturday appointments will automatically incur a late cancellation fee of $95 (incl GST) and you will be sent an invoice via email, that must be paid prior to your next appointment.
Any future appointments will be cancelled on your behalf until payment is made.
