Clinic Director and Pregnancy Massage Specialist, Laura Calderone first started as a sole practitioner in 2017, when she saw the need for women to take better care of themselves during their pregnancy journey.
Our team is qualified and experienced. We have undertaken specialist pregnancy massage training. The team aims to provide the best quality treatment and deliver the best health outcomes for our clients.

The team is passionate about providing exceptional massage services and have an interest in:
Nurturing and supporting women to feel radiant during pregnancy, from the first trimester all the way through to labour preparation
Assisting women with birth recovery, allowing them the space to take better care of themselves so they can take care of their families
Empowering birth partners to be confident in supporting their loved one during labour with partner massage workshops and private sessions
Laura Calderone – Clinic Director / Senior Pregnancy Massage Practitioner
Laura is passionate about supporting women to manage the physical, emotional, and mental changes of pregnancy and motherhood. As a first-time mum in a pandemic, Laura understands first-hand the importance of taking better care of yourself during pregnancy.
Laura completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at The Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017 and she has undertaken specialised training in Pregnancy Massage at Pregnancy Massage Australia.
Adopting a holistic approach to massage, Laura considers the lifestyle factors that impact the body in the context of muscular stress and tension and loves incorporating the use of essential oils to assist in the process of relaxation.
Clare Houston – Senior Pregnancy Massage Practitioner
Clare is a caring pregnancy massage specialist with and absolute passion for supporting women through the journey to motherhood.
Clare completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2012. Clare utilizes her clinical skills and practical knowledge to provide the best treatment for her clients.
Clare’s passion for pregnancy massage started while she was completing a Certificate in Pregnancy Massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia while she was four months post-partum.
Clare is a certified Pregnancy Massage Practitioner and has completed further post-gradtue studies in Postnatal Massage and Partner Massage for Labour.
As a mum of two young kids, Clare knows firsthand how important it is to make time for yourself during pregnancy and motherhood.
When Clare is not in the clinic, or wrangling her kids, she is busy crocheting, sewing and creating beautiful crafts.
Hong Li – Remedial Massage Therapist
Hong’s journey into massage began 9 years ago when she come to Australia, and she transitioned her career from the corporate world of marketing to completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2016. Through her studies, Hong discovered a love for anatomy, human biomechanics and working with people.
Hong has a passion for treating a variety of conditions, from treating women during their pregnancy journey to helping clients enhance their recovery and wellbeing after injury.
Hong takes a holistic approach with her clients and believes everything is deeply connected, and therefore likes to treat the body as a whole. She has particular interest in helping with low back pain, shoulder dysfunction and headache using deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, targeted stretching, and cupping.
Outside of work, Hong loves hiking, skiing, working out at her home Pilates studio or jumping between her many hobbies, such as playing Guqing, flower arranging, checking out the latest Netflix series, or enjoying the best new local restaurant.
