Q: Where are you located?

We are located  12 Ormond Rd East Geelong, within Geelong Alternative Health. The builidng has green signage. 

Q: Where can I park?

Geelong Alternative Health has parking available at the rear of the building, with access via Davey St. Please be aware that Davey St is narrow and it can be a bit of a tight squeeze.

Parking is also available along Ormond Rd. We are confident that if you plan ahead you will find a car park.

Q: How much will my treatment cost?

Q: I have private health insurance. Can I claim my massage?

Private Health Fund Rebates are available for Remedial, Pregnancy and Postnatal massage services. If you have private health insurance with eligible extras cover, you may be able to claim your treatment. You must be covered for remedial massage in order to claim your treatment.

We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities in the clinic for your convenience.

Q: How do I pay for my treatment?

We prefer card payments and have EFTPOS facilities available in the clinic. We carry minimal change so request that you have correct change if paying by cash.

Q: How do I make an appointment?

We have easy online booking available. You can make an appointment here. If you prefer, you can call us (DO NOT TEXT) on 0407512009.

Q: I need to change an appointment. How can I do that?

For all appointment changes or cancellation, please call us (DO NOT TEXT) on 0407 512 009. We receive many inquiries, and as such emails and text messages can go missing, so please call us to make changes to your appointment.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

We request that all clients call us (DO NOT TEXT) 0407 512 009 by 2:00pm the day prior to their appointment to notify us of any changes or to cancel the appointment.

If we do not receive confirmation that you are attending your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled on your behalf and given to another client in need.

If prior notification is not given, you may be charged $50 for the missed appointment.

Q: Can I bring my child to my massage appointment?

We recommend that you arrange childcare so that you can enjoy uninterrupted rest and rejuvenation on the massage table. Children can not only distract you from being able to fully relax, but they can also distract your massage therapist from being able to offer you the best treatment.  We understand that sometimes it can be hard to arrange childcare, or that sitters can fall through at the last minute. If this happens, please contact us (DO NOT TEXT) 0407 512 009 to let us know that you will be bringing your child with you. In some cases, we may be able to offer you a shorter treatment time so that you can relax and little ones will be content as well.

Q: Do you have a waitlist?

We do not manage a waitlist, howeer there are ways to find out if an appointment becomes available. You can find out more here.

Q: Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or you can arrange to pick one up from the clinic (time restrictions apply). To arrange a gift voucher collection, click here.

Q: I have received or purchased a gift voucher. When does it expire?

As of November 1st, 2019, all gift vouchers purchased online or in the clinic were required to have a three-year expiry date. So, it will be valid for three years from date of purchase. If you have an expired voucher you would like to redeem, please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.

Exclusions apply to discounted or special offer vouchers, such as those recieved from your OB/Gyn Welcome Packs. If you are unsure if the special offer voucher your have will be valid, please get in touch with us, call (DO NOT TEXT) 0407 512 009.
