Q: When do you plan to return due to COVID-19 (coronavirus)?
At this time, we are placing a “pause” on all in-clinic treatments. There is a lot of ambiguity regarding the safe administration of massage during this time, and we have decided to remain closed to keep our staff and our community safe.

Q: I have received or purchased a gift voucher. Will it still be valid when you return after the COVID-19 (coronavirus)?
As of November 1st, 2019, all gift vouchers purchased online or in the clinic were required to have a three-year expiry date. So, it will still be valid. If you have an expired voucher you would like to redeem, please get in touch once we re-open and we’ll see what we can do.
During our temporary closure we will not be selling gift vouchers.

Q: I have private health insurance. Can I claim my massage?
If you have private health insurance with eligible extras cover, you may be able to claim your treatment. You must be covered for remedial massage in order to claim your treatment.
We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities in the clinic for your convenience.
Private Health Fund Rebates are available for Remedial, Pregnancy and Postnatal massage services.
Q: How do I pay for my treatment?
We prefer card payments and have EFTPOS facilities available in the clinic. We carry minimal change so request that you have correct change if paying by cash.
Q: Where are you located?
We are located within the Geelong Wellbeing Centre at 204 Myers St Geelong, at the corner of Swanston St, across from the Old Geelong Goal.

Q: Where can I park?
There is ample off street parking in the Myers or Swanston Sts, and Bourke Cres. Parking times differ from 1 – 2 hours spaces to all day. As we are close to the hospital and schools, parking can be tricky at peak times. Please ensure you leave enough time to find parking as you may need to walk.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
We have easy online booking available. You can make an appointment here. If your preferred time is not available, please call us on 0407 512 009 and we will see if we can help
Q: I need to change my appointment. How can I do that?
For all appointment changes or cancellation, we prefer that you call us on 0407 512 009. We receive many inquiries, and as such emails and text messages can go missing, so please call us to make changes to your appointment.
Q: Can I bring my child to my massage appointment?
We recommend that you arrange childcare so that you can enjoy uninterrupted rest and rejuvenation on the massage table. Children can not only distract you from being able to fully relax, but they can also distract your massage therapist from being able to offer you the best treatment.
We understand that sometimes it can be hard to arrange childcare, or that sitters can fall through at the last minute. If this happens, please contact us on 0407 512 009 to let us know that you will be bringing your child with you. In some cases, we may be able to offer you a shorter treatment time so that you can relax and little ones will be content as well.
